From report to proof.
- 01 · Report
ongoing - A report arrives with photo and location — via website, app or WhatsApp, or through channels the municipality already uses. Every report automatically becomes a workable ticket with category, urgency and place.
- 02 · Triage
within minutes - We instantly know where it is and who picks it up: reports from the same spot are bundled into one cluster with the right urgency. Before a team heads out, a human reviews the report for quality and privacy: no recognisable people or licence plates, GDPR-compliant. If a report is accepted as a priority incident, we are on site within 24 hours; regular, duplicate, incomplete or out-of-scope reports get a separate status.
- 03 · Clean up & separate
service window per urgency - Neighbourhood teams see clusters, priority and route advice per area. Service windows per urgency and capacity are steering information, not a hard promise — keeping the planning honest and manageable. While cleaning up, materials are separated on the spot: deposit bottles, glass, metal and plastics apart from residual waste.
- 04 · Recycle
per collected batch - Separated materials go back into the loop. That saves residual-waste costs and counts towards the sustainability targets of the municipality or property manager.
- 05 · Proof
per completed report - Every completed report closes with a before/after photo. The reporter gets feedback, management gets hotspots, resolution speed and reports per area — the basis for adjusting and scaling up.
Who's behind it

Klean Up started small and that's its strength: whoever drives the cart is the same person who sends the photo back to the reporter. The software around it is built by Deco-AI.
