Clear agreements for pilots and services.
These terms apply to all quotes, pilots and services of Klean Up. Last updated: 21 August 2026.
- Application
- These terms apply to quotes, pilots, demos and services of Klean Up, a Deco-AI initiative. Deco-AI is a trade name of DecoStone Natuursteen B.V. They apply unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Offer and engagement
- An engagement only starts after written approval of a quote, pilot proposal or order confirmation. Demos are indicative; final planning, coverage and service level are agreed per location.
- Services
- Klean Up provides report processing, dashboarding, planning, cleanup coordination and reporting. Physical execution depends on accessibility, safety, local rules, permits and agreements made.
- Prices and payment
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoicing is done in the name of DecoStone Natuursteen B.V. trading as Deco-AI. Invoices are payable within 14 days, unless agreed otherwise in writing. In case of late payment, Deco-AI may suspend work.
- Client responsibilities
- The client provides correct area information, necessary permissions, safe working conditions, contact persons and clear agreements with any municipality, homeowner association, business owners or site manager.
- Reports and photos
- Reports are used for assessment and execution. The client must not supply unnecessary personal data, sensitive information or images without need. See also the privacy statement.
- Results and force majeure
- Klean Up commits to fast, visible follow-up. No guarantee applies to situations beyond our control, such as extreme crowds, hazardous substances, enforcement, weather conditions, closures or third parties.
- Liability
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the engagement in question, to the extent permitted by law. Indirect damage, consequential damage or missed savings are excluded.
- Intellectual property
- Software, dashboards, working methods, texts, designs and reporting formats remain the property of DecoStone Natuursteen B.V. trading as Deco-AI, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Termination
- For pilots, the agreed duration applies. Early termination is possible in writing, with work already performed and costs incurred remaining due.
- Law
- Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are first resolved in consultation; failing that, the competent court in the Netherlands has jurisdiction.
