For municipalities

Litter and dumped waste — grip and proof.

Klean Up brings reports, priority, teams, routes and before/after proof photos together in one overview — for public-space management.

Who it's for

The same approach, three kinds of areas.

01

Municipalities and city districts

Public-space management with high reporting pressure around dumped waste, litter and container locations. Klean Up bundles loose reports into one list with hotspots and reporting.

02

Homeowner associations and property management

Container spots, housing complexes and shared outdoor space get the same approach: report, priority, execution and proof for the manager.

03

Shopping districts and BIDs

Shopping streets and business parks get fast, visible follow-up — without loose group chats and without debates over who picks it up.

Sound familiar?

Not yet another report form. An execution layer.

The report isn't the problem
Reporting channels already exist. The bottleneck comes after: sorting, prioritising, bundling, routing, tracking execution and letting the reporter know it's done. That's exactly the part Klean Up takes care of.
Group chats where nobody picks it up
Residents share dumped waste in group chats; municipalities still have to organise structure, priority and follow-up afterwards. Klean Up turns every report into a task with priority and follow-up.
Proof, not assumptions
Before/after photos per report and reporting per area: clean becomes visible to residents, administrators and management.
Privacy by design
We instantly know where it is and who picks it up — a human reviews before a team heads out. No recognisable people or licence plates in shared images; GDPR-compliant by design.

Pilot setup

Start small, scale measurably.

Area
One well-defined neighbourhood, shopping street, park zone or business park with a clear boundary and measurable goals.
Process
Report → triage → execution → proof → reporting. The pilot runs as a software and coordination layer on top of existing contractors, or with execution where that fits.
Starting engagement
90-day pilot for €10,600 ex. VAT, electric company cart included, with proof on agreed KPIs — if results fall short we extend the pilot by 30 days free of charge. After that a neighbourhood contract from €1,850 per month, without a major tendering process. See all pricing.
KPI & service promise
KPI: at least 90% of claimed priority incidents within 24 hours. Once a report is reviewed and accepted as a priority incident, we are on site within 24 hours. Regular, duplicate, incomplete or out-of-scope reports get a separate status.
Outcome
Fewer loose group-chat photos, more grip on follow-up: reporting volume, resolution speed and hotspots per zone, with before/after proof and scaling advice.
